Minors in the Studio

Please understand this is a smaller private studio with a lower max capacity. The studio thrives best when are artist are given a no compromise environment to best explore/express creative and artistic thought. Being parents ourselves, we have learned that this is just not a great atmosphere and does break the concentrations of our artist and clients alike.
Scheduling an Appointment
All estimates are free, but not final given the fluid process of art. Tattoos take time, despite the rumors. We aren’t wizards. See how to get the ball rolling below.
Release Form
To streamline the process, we are now encouraging clients to fill out their release forms online before their appointment. Please attach a picture of your Photo ID/forms and email them to MoonlightStudios.Releaseform@gmail.com. Below is a PDF file with the forms included.

Samantha Ishmiel
Tattooing and Piercing since 2013, mother of two, Army Veteran, Samantha has made her name known in the industry for taking control in difficult scenarios, expressing her passion for the arts, and raising the bar with her highly valued customer service skills. She has great attention to detail pushing smaller black work, and micro tattooing. Looking for our most versatile artist, search no further!
Nathan Baker
The newest addition to the Moonlight Studios Team harbors a deep, lifelong love and passion for music, nature, and most importantly the arts. He became Randall’s apprentice in 2022, after spending the last decade working in customer service waiting for the proper time to dive into the field of tattooing. Getting to know people through art, he is interested in expressing himself with both black & grey and color tattoos. With an emphasis on vintage sci-fi styles and pop culture inspired pieces, it is a matter of time before he becomes one of the next great pillars to the local tattoo industry.
Randall Wagoner
Ying to Samantha’s Yang, tattooing since 2010 with 28+years dedicated to the arts. Randall honed his experience through hours of pushing and questioning the conventional methods, cross examining medium techniques, and guest spotting alongside some of the greatest realism artist in the U.S. With his laid-back approach, he lets his knowledge of color realism do the talking.
